The major muscle groups:



Glutes : Largest muscle group in the body, drives the leg down from the hip.
Pushes down at the front of the pedal stroke



Quads : Extends the leg at the knee.
Kicks forward at the top of the pedal stroke



Hamstrings : Opposing muscle group to the quads, flexes the leg at the knee.
Pulls back at the bottom of the pedal stroke



Hip flexors : Opposing muscle group to the glutes, lifts the leg up at the hip.
Pulls up at the back of the pedal stroke

以寶礦力為例:

1 鹽分:以低鈉鹽(53%鈉)+精鹽(100%鈉) 一比一混和成76%鈉的鹽這裡面也有鈣.鎂..

2 糖 :砂糖或冰糖都可以. 冰糖較喝起來較不甜. 忌用果糖

3 泡法:取1的鹽約1.6克+74公克糖 加水泡成一公升. 你可以找一個大小適中調味匙 量杯 會更方便. 可以加一片維他命C. 比較不會壞 . 再加濃縮檸檬汁或其他果汁調味. 夏天的話. 糖可以少一點.約50-60GM. 鹽分不變.
